I’m not one who can taste the subtle coffee ‘notes.’ I know what I like. When I saw “Dark Roast” and “Robusto,” I was skeptical. From the first sip, it was wonderful. Even before I tasted it, it is the most aromatic coffee I have had in quite a long time; and it had an incredible bloom. Strong finish. I am brewing with Hario V60 & Espro Press Pot at a ratio of 15-1 (300g water/20g coffee). I highly recommend.
